Return Policy

• Before returning any item, you must email us at returns@airsoftus.com within ten (10) days of receiving the product for approval.

• Shipping and Handling Charge is never refundable.
•  
• All non-defective returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
•  
• All defective merchandise under warranty will be repaired and/or replaced.
•  
• All returned items must be in "brand new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.
•  
• Any removal or damage to the red tip is against U.S. regulations and will void the warranty and/or refund.
